Roast Plum and Blackberry Cake.

A couple of weeks ago one of the girls at work told me that there was a great sounding Plum Cake recipe in the Sunday paper that I would like, however, we got sidetracked and I didn’t get the recipe.  Not to worry.

You can imagine how pleased I was to see that Bloom also saw the recipe in the paper and shared it on her blog here. As there were a few late plums hanging in on our tree I had a go at making the cake on Saturday.  In a word “YUM”!  It was a bit fiddly, but well worth the effort.  The recipe is definitely a keeper.
