Glen Maye

The Isle of Man has lots of little glens running down to the sea which are lovely walks.  We decided to have a look at Glen Maye, remembering that whatever goes down must come up.

Followed by a walk beside the little stream.

Eventually we came across some old mine workings with the only remains visible being the base of the water wheel case.

Back on track, along the stream.

Until finally the landscape opens up.

And you pop out onto a little beach.

We had a wander over the rocks, as it was low tide.
